CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
Your appointments are very important to the team members of Hair Studio 52. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee may apply. Less than 24 hour notice may result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount. "NO SHOWS" may be charged 50% of the service amount. Consistent no shows will require a 50% deposit upon rebooking. Spa packages will require a 72 hour cancellation notice, or may be subject to a charge equal to 25% of the service amount.
We recommend guests arrive 15 minutes before their service start time to allow time to update paperwork. Fashionably late? After 15 minutes, we can no longer hold your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule your service.
If you find yourself wanting adjustments to your cut or color service, there will be a 10 day limit to suggesting these changes. Compensation for these services, if any, will be discussed at time of service and will be at the discretion of the service provider. Nail services will have a 48 hour guarantee and Lash Extensions will allow 72 hours to discuss changes desired.
Retail products purchased at Hair Studio 52 will be eligible for direct exchange or a product voucher equal to the purchased amount will be offered. Tools purchased will be offered a direct exchange. Special orders will be paid for upon ordering and are non-refundable.
Hair extensions and eyelash extension full sets will require a deposit equal to 50% of the service amount upon booking.
Bridal parties will require a deposit equal to 50% of the service amount upon booking. Booking will be available no more than 6 months before the date of the event. 72 hours notice is required upon cancelling these appointments for a full refund.
For their safety and as a courtesy to our other guests, please supervise them accordingly.

Please be considerate to our staff and our guests when using your cell phone. Cell phones, pagers and other devices must be turned off or switched to silent when entering the spa waiting area and the spa rooms. Thank you.
